External QMO
An unbiased view of existing structures and future needs is one of the advantages of an external Quality Management Officer (QMO). Tasks such as conducting internal audits, identifying potential for improvement, and implementation, right through to management review, can be easily and quickly transferred to me as an external QMO.
Planning and implementation
In order to derive the maximum benefit from a QM system, an in-depth analysis of your company’s existing processes and structures is carried out. Every company has individual needs that should be covered by the QMS. It is not important to “blindly” bureaucratize every business process, but rather to identify relevant superordinate, core and supporting processes as well as responsible parties and document them in accordance with standards.
The manner in which the QMS is ultimately implemented also depends on the scope, complexity, and number of planned users. I am available to assist you with my expertise and also provide support in areas such as selecting suitable software.
Internal audits
Whether as an external QMO or in a supporting role, I accompany your internal audits and ensure complete documentation, including analysis of deviations from the standard or potential for improvement. These are elaborated with a corresponding catalog of measures to ensure a successful external audit.
Maintenance and optimization
A variety of reasons, such as changes in personnel or seasonal peaks in day-to-day business, can repeatedly lead to the existing QMS not being maintained to the desired extent.
